Extremely grateful to've had Mr. Cobb lay eyes our roofing issue/project. After easily a dozen other roofers over 3 years, shrugging their shoulders and raising questioning eyebrows over what they couldn't do, Chase looked at the issue/project and nailed it. The comical part of that is; that issue was not what prompted my call to Cobb Roofing for a quote. Sadly I had given up all hope on having this huge cosmetic+ issue fixed before`24's stormier seasons, if at all. During an immediate call back from Joan on another matter, she's a great communicator, I was inadvertently made aware of Cobb's vast roofing experience and ability. Our metal roof, porch/ 2nd floor decking with all the trimming repairs came true.
While scheduling, being overjoyed and exuberant, I made the mistake of saying; "Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise", darned if that creek has done nothing but rise since I'd said it. Life in Florida & Mother nature always keep our schedules tentative, but goals are reached.

Very personable and professional, they did a great job! They replaced our roof, less than a week before Milton hit, and it was great not having to worry about losing our roof. Only took them a few days to fully replace and fix what needed to be done. Highly recommend!
